£40,000 - £45,000 + 30% bonus

Job Description

The Company: This organisation provides bone anchored hearing solutions for patients who cannot wear conventional hearing aids. They have more than a century of experience in audiology, as well as decades of pioneering experience in hearing implant technology. With a head office based in Sweden they have been in the UK market for several years, and within this short space of time have grown year on year. Due to their innovative technologies and their philosophy of "putting people first", they now hold the largest share of the UK market. 

The Position: They are now looking for an experienced customer-focused medical sales reps to join their team covering the South West patch.

Basic salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Bonus: 30%

The role:

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be selling an implantable hearing product into the secondary care arena within NHS to establish accounts in the discipline of ENT and Audiology. Building strong loyal business relationships by working closely with surgeons, audiologists, nurses and other linked specialities and charities this role requires exceptional proven selling skills with the emphasis on partnership selling.  As well as attending clinics you will also guide the ENT surgeons through the implantation technique. With a 60 to 65% market share, a key element of the role will be to maintain the existing market share and build on their increase in market share over the last few years. Key contacts will include customers within the UK and Ireland: ENT Surgeons, Audiologists, ENT Nurses, Teachers of the Deaf and when required BA Patients and their families. 

Your experience:

You should be a graduate calibre individual with a strong and proven track record within medical device sales and a consultative sales approach. Ideally you will have experience within ENT, dental implants, audiology or theatres. A good understanding of NHS procedures, finance and protocols would be an advantage. You should be an excellent relationship builder and be comfortable with a clinical sell. With excellent account management skills and an excellent record of account maintenance, you will also have the ability to expand the business.
