Location: National (but there will be North/South split with Field Sales Manager)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Your role is to effectively increase sales volume and revenue through medical device product sales year on year, whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share.
  • The primary focus for this territory is to grow the Ambulance & Post-Acute Care market share. The territory sales are growing rapidly so they need the right candidate to continue this trend across the community care market (public and private) and the ambulance services.
  • Stakeholders selling to: Care homes, ambulance services - Community first responders, paramedics, district nurses.

Here’s what you need:

  • They are looking for someone who is a good team fit, independent and motivated, who is full of drive and energy.
  • Experience of selling to Ambulance Services and/or Post-Acute Services (Care Homes) would be an advantage.
  • Proven sales track record showing suitable over achievement of targets from within the Falls Management market segment in the UK, or related industries
  • A graduate with a commercial awareness and previous sales experience may also be considered.

Basic Salary: up to £50,000 basic

Bonus: £24,000 OTE

Car policy:  Tesla 3 (only £16-60 monthly tax)
