What you’ll be doing:
- You will be accountable for the direction, motivation, development, and performance of the Ambulance & Post-Acute Care sales team, ensuring that agreed sales targets, plans, growth and performance expectations are achieved.
- You will also have responsibility for a territory, and effectively increase sales volume and revenue through medical device product sales year on year, whilst maintaining strong customer relations and increasing market share.
- The primary focus is to grow the Ambulance & Post-Acute Care market share. The territory sales are growing rapidly so we need the right candidate to continue this trend across the community care market (public & private) and the ambulance services.
- Stakeholders selling to: Care homes, ambulance services - Community first responders, paramedics, district nurses.
Here’s what you need:
- Looking for someone who is a good team fit, independent and motivated, who is full of drive and energy.
- Experience of selling to Ambulance Services and/or Post-Acute Services (Care Homes) would be an advantage.
Basic Salary: £60,000 - £63,000
Bonus: £24,000 OTE
Car policy: Tesla 3 (only £16-60 monthly tax)
