It is committed to supplying medical technologies which are both clinically effective and economically viable for their customers. Focusing on Minimally Invasive and General Surgery, it has grown rapidly on that basis and continues to do so.
The Position: They are now looking for a Territory Manager to support their continued sales growth in the South Yorkshire area.

Product / Service: Laparoscopic devices and energy equipment
Selling into theatre, your main focus will be establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in South Yorkshire. You will provide a high level of support and service to accounts and meet or exceed quota expectations as established by product segment.
You will arrange appointments with surgeons (particularly general, urology and gynae) and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling. You will spend time in theatre during procedures, advising surgeons and theatre teams on the use of your products.
You will also organise conferences for surgeons and other medical staff as well as work closely together with the Customer Service team on price quotations, pricing, orders samples and customer issues.
You should be of graduate calibre with a minimum of 18 months to 2 years' medical sales experience. Ideally, this will have been gained in the OR, however, those without surgical sales experience will also be considered if they can demonstrate the right personal attributes. You will have a proven track record with a successful sales history, have excellent relationship building skills, and will be able to close the sale. You must have a consultative sales approach and a strong work ethic.
