Sales Specialist - Regional Anaesthesia


Job Description

With its constantly growing portfolio, which comprises of 5,000 different products, 95 percent of which are manufactured by the company they are involved in a diverse range of therapy/disease areas. The aim of the role is to make sure both senior NHS clinicians and payors are aware of the value this product can offer both to patients and to the NHS budgets. 

The Position: This role involves selling to ITU/Theatre/Anaesthesia departments focusing on the Pain control portfolio

Basic salary: Negotiable

Bonus: c£6,000

Products:  Pain Control / Regional Anaesthesia

The role:

Candidates will be selling the company's products to hospitals throughout the sales territory. The main contacts will be Anesthetists but increasingly Procurement Managers are having an influence over purchasing decisions. Long-term business relationships have to be built up and maintained. New business development and account management are both essential elements to the role. 

Your experience:

You should have previous Medical Device, Equipment or Pharmaceutical sales experience.  Any prior contact with Pain control or Anaesthesia would be an advantage.  Alternatively, if you have a clinical background which would come into contact with Anaesthesia (Anaesthesia Nurse or Theatre Nurse/ODP) you will also be considered.
