Basic salary: £25k - £30k plus bonus

You will be a Graduate with a passion for sales and making a difference to peoples lives. You should have an entrepreneurial mind set with evidence of new idea/ solutions suggestions and self-development. To apply you MUST have MASSIVE hunger, drive and energy. You should be passionate about helping customers and improving their business. You will be dynamic, authoritative, engaging and have the ability to maximise the value from every minute of selling time. You must be commercially astute, with the ability to handle objections, negotiate and close business deals. Up-selling, cold-calling and cross-selling skills are important, and you must be confident presenting.
You will become an expert on new product/ service innovations in delivering UK AED and CPR machines and give customers new insights to help them improve their own business performance. The role will involve generating a sales pipeline through telephone prospecting new resellers, large organisations, end user opportunities and new charity partners. You will build and maintain relationships, as well as hunting for new business. You will manage stock levels in terms of setting aside stock for certain pre orders/ annual commitments. You will also be responsible for suggesting product development/ improvement to suppliers. You will also be tasked with supporting business cases for bigger companies, for example explaining why they need the products, recommendations on how many and coming up with price proposals.
