Territory Manager - Vascular

£55,000 + £10k+ bonus

Job Description

The company: As a specialist medical privately owned distributor, their expertise is being at the front of innovation and bringing new products to market. They are experts in commercialising new technologies in Europe, as well as re-aligning under-performing products. 

Their services include consulting for development of strategic market entry strategies to all European markets, product distribution, and joint partnerships.  In addition to commercialisation of new technology they also partner with incumbent manufacturers to realign their product strategy and sales efforts.

The position: You will be joining a team of 5 sales representatives to develop the business within the North, predominantly along the M62 Corridor.

Basic Salary:  £55k,000

Bonus:  £10,000 on target (plus accelerator for exceeding target)

Territory: North UK (to be based, ideally, along the M62 corridor)

Products: Drug eluting stents, full portfolio of varicose vein treatments - radio-frequency, lasers and glue

The role:

This role involves selling the full portfolio of varicose vein treatments. This includes radio-frequency ablation, endovascular lasers and glue treatments, as well as the market leading venous stent. As you will be working for a relatively new company (4 years old), some of the role will involve the introduction of new products into the UK market. You will be responsible for presentations, education and demonstrations as well as direct sales of the product. You will also be responsible for building brand identity ad establishing clinical credibility of the products through evidenced based outcomes. You will be focusing on 4-6 brands and gaining market access via focused strategic market placement.

Your experience:

For this role, you will be a dynamic, successful medical sales executive with vascular sales experience. Any endovenous sales experience would be a distinct advantage. You must have contacts within the vascular market so you are able to build on these relationships and hit the ground running. You should have experience of driving a business forward and gaining customers' trust, as well as the ability to overcome barriers. Any experience of introducing new products would be beneficial.
