Omnichannel Marketing Lead

The role: Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Excellence Senior Director, the key responsibilities of the Omnichannel Marketing Lead will be to accelerate the transition to Omnichannel Marketing, tailoring Value Proposition to customer segments and personas, based on deep understanding of customer journey and touchpoints.

You will manage a team of SMEs in marketing, digital and creative content as well as working closely in collaboration with the Franchise Marketing teams. This is a senior operational leadership role, while creative experience will be critical it is also vital that the incumbent is able to inspire the organization and influence senior leaders

Basic salary: Negotiable

Area working: Wokingham, Leeds, Dublin (20% travel in UK)

Products: All product areas - orthopaedics, neurological disease, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics

Your experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience working in end to end digital marketing for significant, relevant companies (CPG, ecommerce, healthcare, media, medtech)
  • Deep understanding and experience in strategic marketing, integrated marketing and the role digital plays in the marketing mix across our products and solutions
  • A diversity and inclusion approach to support high performance, manage and develop people
  • Experience in a regulated market such as MedTech, Pharma, etc would be an important plus
  • Understanding the NHS landscape and how it impacts our products and solutions will be a plus

The role:

You will manage a team of SMEs in marketing, digital and creative content as well as working closely in collaboration with the Franchise Marketing teams. Key responsibilities: 

  • Develop Value prop tailored to customer segments and needs (and moving from push to pull)
  • Increase awareness, consideration and trial rate of J&J MedTech products by generating qualified leads for franchise sales teams
  • Define short- and long-term strategy and enabling technologies for omnichannel
  • Ensure delivery of the end to end Johnson & Johnson Medical Device digital marketing/omni channel strategy (including creative, platforms, internal processes, ROI etc etc)
  • Optimise conversion path through managing and optimising CTAs, landing pages, lead generation forms etc
  • Collaborate with communications manager to optimise social media conversion path
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates to validated leads and ROI
  • Manage the expense and budget of campaigns for franchise marketing campaigns and estimate the monthly costs against ROI
  • Increase marketing consent acquisition
  • Work with the franchise digital marketing and platform managers, acting as a player coach to help implement franchise campaigns
  • Work with the Commercial Education/SFE teams to ensure the lead generation process is optimised
  • Accountable for compliant delivery of our strategies, working with HCC and privacy to ensure all digital strategies meet ABHI / medtech compliance & GDPR standards
  • Internal stakeholder management on digital governance
  • Third party agency management.
