BDM/KAM - IV Access

£40,000 - £45,000 + £15-20k bonus

The have over 30 years of infusion therapy experience, bringing clarity in solving some of the key challenges currently facing the NHS.Whilst they remain one of the biggest suppliers of quality PPE to the NHS, they also have a worldwide future growth strategy around IV therapies, products and services. These are developed from years of R&D innovation and delivered to the highest quality helping to maintain patient and clinician safety.

The role: This is a Key Account/Business Development role dealing a wide range of hospital contacts from Ward to Board level. The role involves working with complete autonomy to drive the business and allows you to put your own stamp on the region.  

Who should apply

  • Experienced candidates (ideally with IV, Pharmacy or related experience) who are able to plan and manage the region as their own business.
  • Candidates who are prepared to manage a large geography but cherry picking key accounts to focus on.
  • Candidates who are motivated by unlimited bonus potential. This company wont move the goalposts if you exceed your targets!

Basic salary:  £40,000 - £45,000

Bonus: £15,000 - £20,000 completely open ended

Area Working: South UK

Products: IV Access consumables/infusion therapies and needles free range

Your experience:

You will ideally have experience of selling IV products or to Hospital pharmacy.  As an alternative other Hospital consumable sales may also be considered.

The role:

The role involves selling into Key Accounts at all levels such as  Hospital Pharmacy, Wards Staff, Infection Control Staff, Unit Directors, Ward Managers and Procurement.
