The Position: They are now looking for a Territory Manager in their public access division to drive their business through distributors.

Basic salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Bonus: £10,000 - £20,000
Area working: Southern UK
You will be responsible for the achievement of the territory sales quota through managing and developing distributors. Covering the Southern UK you will be calling on and managing distributors in multiple public safety and alternate care segments (including but not limited to: industrial, manufacturing and safety environments, office supply, government and police agencies dental, General Practitioners etc) building relationships, training sales representatives and driving sales of portable defibrillators.
You will have previous experience in field sales within a business to business environment and have experience of distribution management experience. Ideally, you will also have worked in the medical technology market and have an understanding of medical products. You will have a strong commercial edge, a strategic approach and customer-oriented selling skill. As the organisation has a premium product strategy, you will have the stature and sales skills to support this as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills.
