The role: This is a Sales/Product specialist role looking for candidates who have previously sold in on of their key therapy areas (Wound & Stoma). You should live on territory & be driven to succeed.
Who Should Apply?
Basic salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + bonus
Area working: All of Wales (North and South) and South West England. The candidate is to be based Cardiff, Bristol, Bath or North Devon
Products: Stoma and wound care plus home delivery service
For this role you should have proven experienced sales experience gained in stoma or wound care. You must have experience of dealing with both the hospitals and community sectors – including procurement, pharmacy and key opinion leaders.
You will promote and increase the usage Stoma devices and Wound Care product range and the client's Home Delivery Service through all Hospital and Community outlets and Wholesalers. You will be responsible for the management and smooth running of your defined territory. Key performance Indicators agreed with your Line Manager to be achieved such as sales v target and customer activity. You will ensure that you are aware of all opportunities available to further increase our market share. Regular reports on your territory achievements, competitor analysis and promotional activities to be submitted in a timely manner.
