The Position: As an Account Manager, you will be selling into the pressure area care and negative pressure wound therapy market across South Wales and South West England.

Basic salary: £30,000 - £36,000
Bonus: £10,000 OTE with uncapped bonus potential for over-achievement
Territory: South West and South Wales (ideally Cardiff/Bristol-based)
Products: Pressure area care, negative pressure wound therapy and infection control products
You must have a proven sales track record within pressure care ideally, however experience within wound care or infection control may also be considered if you have a strong network of contacts within tissue viability. Previous experience of working in a solution sales environment is necessary for this position. You must have an expert and in-depth knowledge of the NHS and Private sectors, along with excellent sales and negotiation skills. You will be confident and have experience of promoting, tailoring ideas and offerings.
You will be working in partnership with key customers to deliver a full suite services providing unrivalled value, meeting the needs and requirements of the account and growing the business. You will be responsible for managing and identifying key accounts. You should use your expert knowledge of the NHS to identify opportunities where you could meet the customers' priorities and needs. The products are involved with both the hospital and community sector and will also involve nursing homes, private hospitals, hospices and private individuals. Customers include Tissue Viability Nurses, Ward Managers, Procurement and Nursing Home Managers.
