Marketing Manager Medical Training Simulators

Job Description

The company: This privately owned company manufacture and market a range of medical straining and simulation products. They produce high quality products which are recognised widely within the field of medical education. This is accompanied by an exceptional level of customer service. 

The position:  A position has become available for a commercially-minded Marketing Manager to join the team at their office in Bristol.

Basic salary: Negotiable

Bonus: 10% 

Area Working:  Office based from Bristol.

Your experience:

To be successful in the role you will have a strong marketing background with a proven ability to apply knowledge and experience to a smaller company setting. Due to the nature of the products you will have the ability to understand and disseminate often complex medical issues and have experience in both e-commerce and of complex websites. It is essential that you have a strong commercial focus – with experience in delivering on ROI, and on-line metrics and the ability to work cross functionally – from Product Development, through to the front-line Sales Team.

The role:

  • As Marketing Manager you will create and drive the marketing strategy to support and enable this planned growth.  Working closely with the Commercial Director and Sales Management (UK, USA, Australia and International markets) to ensure synchronized plans to maximize results and revenue.
  • Manager of a team of 3, you will manage and lead the team to increase awareness of both the brand and the product range, both on and offline within the healthcare education market across the world, from the Bristol office.
  • As part of the Commercial team you will work closely with the Product Management team to launch of new products into the market.
  • The role is an exciting one within this growing, fast paced business.
