What you’ll be doing:

The purpose of the Territory Manager in this role is to increase sales volume and revenue year on year through the sale of medical device products, while maintaining strong customer relationships and growing market share for microvascular assessment technologies.

The role focuses on expanding clinical adoption across vascular surgery, diabetic foot clinics, wound care, burns, microcirculation research, dermatology, plastics, and physiology laboratories. Operating at a national level, you will build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, influence clinical pathways, and guide NHS customers through the clinical, operational, and procurement processes required for capital equipment adoption.

Stakeholders sold to include procurement, directors, business unit managers, finance departments, vascular surgeons, nurses, podiatrists, tissue viability teams, diabetic foot MDTs, researchers, and academics.

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ medical device sales experience
  • Experience in vascular, diabetes, or capital equipment sales, or experience selling to procurement and finance departments
  • Hunter mindset with a strong track record of achievement
  • Passion to grow with the business and ambition to move into management within the next few years
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Capital equipment sales experience is advantageous
  • Smart, bright, personable and ambitious, with a strong desire to learn and progress
  • Team-focused, engaging and able to work autonomously

Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Bonus: 10% commission on all sales, capped at £35k.
