Territory Manager - Wound Care

They specialise in a dependable and unique dressing designed to simplify wound care for a large variety of wound conditions.

Your experience:

You will be of Graduate calibre and have a strong desire and a real drive, passion and determination for the wound care market. You should have an excellent work ethic and experience in a similar role in a medical or pharmaceutical environment. You should also have a competitive nature to achieve your targets and goals for managing your territory. You will have a genuine desire to improve patient outcomes and show a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit

The role:

Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products in the Scotland area: NHS Tayside (Dundee) NHS Grampian (Aberdeen) NHS Highlands (Inverness) NHS Western Isles, NHS Shetland, NHS Orkney. Your main contacts will be Health Care Professionals in the Community and Acute, including Nursing and Care Homes.

Responsibilities:

  • You represent products and manage the sales for your territory
  • You take ownership of your region: you think about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, competitor practices… to develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of the Sales Manager
  • With the guidance of the Regional Business Manager, you maintain a strategic business plan aligned with the best practices and standards
  • You realize all sales activities from the introduction of new products to presentation and training to customers, ensuring that each stakeholder receives key sales messages
  • You are the primary contact for the KOL’s in your region to build a long-term relationship
  • You act as a brand ambassador and represent at relevant conferences, congresses and trade fairs
  • You ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards
  • You work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical department and achieve goals together
  • As a problem solver, you work with your line manager to find innovative approaches to resolve situations and develop your turnover
