The Position: You will be responsible for sales and support of Neurosurgery and Energy products and representing the company in accordance with its policies and in the area assigned as well as maintaining an awareness of local competitive conditions.

Cranial Spine is a growth business which develops life-restoring technologies and solutions to treat diseases predominantly in the areas of neurosciences, orthopaedics and spine. Our clients therapies span the care continuum; from early interventional procedures to implantable surgical technologies that relieve pain, restore function and improve lives for our patients.

Basic Salary: Negotiable

Bonus: 35% (open-ended), car allowance + package

Area Working: West London, Watford, Southampton and Portsmouth, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire

Your experience:

You should be a Dynamic and hungry individual with some sort of medical device/surgical sales experience. Any customer base or related therapy area experience would be advantageous but is not essential. In addition, you should have the ability to effectively build relationships with a wide range of clinical and Non-Clinical stakeholders, be a positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to his/her work& be a team player with a track record of working collaboratively.

The role:

The position has full sales responsibility in the allocated target accounts as well as a focus on market expansion and opening of new accounts and customers. Collaboration with colleagues across other divisions is essential for the success of this role.

Main responsibilities:

  • Owns territory account strategy and tactics to reach revenue and profitability.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly & annual sales targets
  • Responsible for Territory case coverage and support of intraoperative sales.
  • Ability to accurately forecast territory revenue trends and future sales.
  • Provides troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers.
  • Plans and supports clinical and technical training and education programs with review and input from Sales Manager and staff in the District as well as other functional groups, i.e. marketing, reimbursement, regulatory, clinical, education etc., consistent with the District Business Plan.
  • Participates in the development of employee and customer training/education programs.
  • Prepares study material, plans, organizes and conducts training to customers (physicians, technicians and nurses) in collaboration with the District Sales force/network team.
  • Participates in and supports regional events such as Congresses or Customer Events.
  • Supports District Sales force during presentations to customers upon request.
