The Position:  As a result of business growth and several new product launches, an outstanding opportunity has now arisen to join this results driven team as a Senior Product Manager on their surgical division. With ownership of your own projects and a focus on marketing this role has excellent career potential.

Basic salary:  Negotiable

Bonus: 10% of salary 

Area working: head office in Surrey

Products: A portfolio of surgical ophthalmic products 

Your experience:  

You will have a number of years of marketing experience within a regulated area of the healthcare market such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals. You will have experience of pre and post product launch marketing activities, have run projects independently and have experience of working with agencies. You will also have your CIM or higher business qualification. You will be an excellent team player with a growth mind-set. 

The role:

  • Due to continued success and growth of this surgical business unit a new headcount has become available within this forward thinking team.   As the experienced Product Manager for Surgical you will be responsible for increasing growth and profitability through strategic development and implementation of brand strategies and promotional plans. You will be responsible for providing clear direction to the sales team whilst liaising with product specialists on existing and new product launch strategies. 
  • You will apply your previous working within a healthcare company to develop marketing plans, product launches, maintaining brand identity and managing promotional material and campaigns. 
  • The nature of their industry means that your previous experience of working in Healthcare will set you up well to develop claims and manage artwork approvals for new and existing products by liaising with our talented Regulatory team.
