The Organisation. This company is a market leading group engaged in the manufacture and supply of Pressure Area Care, Infection Control and Harm Reduction products to healthcare providers in the UK and internationally 

The Position: The organisation is now looking for a sales support specialist to support the sales rep in the South East.

Basic Salary: Negotiable

Area working: London and Kent 

Products: Wound care, infection prevention and harm reduction products

Your experience

Ideally, you will have a proven track record within sales, preferably within the wound care/medical device industry, however those with a graduate background looking to break into the industry. will also be considered. You will have the ability to work on your  own initiative as well as having strong communication skills, both written and oral. The capacity for hard work, dedication, passion and self-belief are all pre-requisites and you must live on the territory. 

The role:

  • The Sales Support Specialist will report to the Regional Partnership Manager.
  • The position involves sales and training support to both the Community and Acute sector.
  • Key contacts will be Tissue Viability Nurses, Podiatrists, Third Party Providers (Medequip), Loan store managers, Wheel Chair Services, Specialist Nurses, Community and Ward Nurses, Occupational Health, Nursing Home Nurses, Procurement and formulary contacts throughout the territory.
  • The role is home based but requires considerable travel across the territory.
  • The appointed person will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-disciplined, hardworking, and tenacious and be target and objective focused.
