Territory Manager - Capital Equipment

£38,000 - £40,000 + £10k bonus

Job Description

The Company:  My client was established in 1996.  It is involved in the distribution of specialist medical products, targeting key niche areas: Orthopaedics, Surgical, Aesthetics and Monitoring. The company has agreements with world leading manufacturers of orthopaedic, surgical and aesthetic products.

The Position: An outstanding opportunity to sell a wide variety of capital equipment into specialist hospital areas. The role is covering the M62 corridor and they are looking for someone familiar with a technical process (from a sales or EMBE background).

Basic salary: £38,000 - £40,000

Bonus: £10,000

Area working: M62 Corridor (Yorkshire and North West)

Products: Patient monitoring  equipment, ECG machines, cardiology equipment, foetal monitors, stress monitors, low end monitors

Your experience:

Ideally, you will have an EBME background plus medical sales. However somebody who is currently working in EBME or medical sales reps who have previous experience of selling large, technical pieces of equipment (with no clinical background) will also be considered. 

The role:

The role involves promoting a wide range of capital equipment predominantly to EBME and cardiology departments. You will be responsible for selling the equipment, providing training and education/demonstrations of the portfolio. You will negotiate/secure tenders and develop long lasting business relationships in order to increase cash sales and market share.
