The Position: There is now an exciting opportunity for a talented medical sales rep based in the Midlands to join their endovascular team.

Basic salary: Negotiable
Bonus: 35% (open ended) + car allowance + package
Area working: West Midlands (Stoke-on-Trent down to Oxford - ideally based near Birmingham)
Products: vein closure and radio frequency ablation systems
You should be of graduate calibre with a strong track record of sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry with consistent and demonstrable over-plan performance. You should have thorough knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement etc ) Previous vascular experience would be advantageous. .
Your role will be to develop and maintain the endo vascular business with existing and new customers. In line with the Sales Managers guidelines in the defined sales territory you will strive to meet and exceed financial and non-financial targets. You will also work with customers to develop champions for the organisations new technology and identify opportunities for future business growth.
