The Position: They are now looking for an experienced surgical sales manager to manage their sales team but also have some BDM responsibility in the key accounts across the South of the country.

The Sales Manager will lead and develop the Surgical Sales team for GB. They will have responsibility for the development and performance of all surgical sales activities. They will manage and direct the sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values. There is a requirement to establish plans and strategies, which will expand the customer base. This role reports to the Sales Director.They will also be responsible for the Sales target within their Territory, including managing customer relationships, addressing and meeting customer requirements, responding rapidly to Sales issues within the Southern UK Territory, providing accurate sales funnel forecasting and striving to hit set sales targets.
