Product Manager/Clinical Trainer - Endoscopy/Surgical Instruments

The Company: A global company, my client helps their customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions.

The role: This role is part of the device repair business unit that delivers repair services for surgical instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes, and complex surgical power devices, in addition to the manufacture and supply of surgical instruments.

Who should apply:

  • Candidates with Sales, Clinical or Training experience in Endoscopy, CSSD or Orthopaedics (or similar).
  • Candidates based within the defined geographic territory, but are happy to work travel and remotely.

Basic salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Bonus: +10%

Area working: South UK (inc S.Wales)

Product / Service: Training on surgical instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes, and complex surgical power device as well as on processes, department auditing and technical checking/testing.

Your experience:

  • You should have relevant experience in an Endoscopy, Orthopaedics and/or Sterile Services/Theatres environment, this can be gained from sales, clinical or training backgrounds.
  • Customer focused – ability to communicate with customers, understand their needs, meet their objectives and resolve any issues or problems (conflict mgmt. skills)
  • Passion for designing and delivering training, for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage projects, communicating effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
  • A customer-centric mindset and approach; values and outcomes orientated with high levels of integrity.

The role:

This Clinical Trainer role is part of the device repair business unit that delivers repair services for surgical instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes, and complex surgical power devices, in addition to the manufacture and supply of surgical instruments.

The successful candidate is responsible for supporting these sales activities in the assigned region through the delivery of department assessments, training and associated initiatives in-market and supporting the sales team in complex Customer problem solving and solutions. Responsible for designing and delivering training to both internal and external Customers related. Increases regional sales revenues and profitability.
