The Position: The company are looking for someone who is someone who is driven, takes ownership of the territory and is entrepreneurial. You should have previous sales experience and be enthused by working in the wound care environment.

Candidates will be selling the company’s products throughout the sales territory. 70% of the time will be spent dealing with the community sector, selling to Tissue Viability, District and Practice Nurses, and Podiatrists. Getting products onto formulary will be a big part of the role, as will negotiating with PCTs. The main hospital contacts will be Vascular Consultants and TV Link Nurses. The product is particularly effective on chronic diabetic foot ulcers, pressure wounds and wounds with necrotic caps.
You will ideally have experience of selling wound care products and will be familiar with the workings of the community/primary care sales sector in the UK. Other healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience will be considered as long as candidates have an excellent work ethic. General sales people looking to break into medical sales would also be of interest.
