Job Description

The company: As a specialist medical privately owned distributor, their expertise is being at the front of innovation and bringing new products to market. They are experts in commercialising new technologies in Europe, as well as re-aligning under-performing products. 

Their services include consulting for development of strategic market entry strategies to all European markets, product distribution, and joint partnerships.  In addition to commercialisation of new technology they also partner with incumbent manufacturers to realign their product strategy and sales efforts.

The position: You will be introducing a new colorectal device along with selling a full portfolio of varicose vein treatments in London.

Basic Salary:  £35,000 - £40,000

Bonus:  £2,500 bonus per quarter for 100% SvT plus additional incentives

Territory:  London

Products: Colorectal laser device to treat anal fistulas and pilonidal sinus

Your experience:

For this role you will be a dynamic, articulate and successful sales person with a proven ability to close a sale. You should have experience of driving a business forward and gaining customers' trust, as well as the ability to overcome barriers. This could be in medical sales or in another industry as long as you are not afraid of hard work. Any experience of introducing new products would be beneficial.  You must be hungry and ambitious with good planning skills and have the gravitas to liaise with Surgeons. 

The role:

This role is dedicated to selling and introducing the laser to the UK market. You will be responsible for presentations, education and demonstrations as well as direct sales of the product. You will also be responsible for building brand identity ad establishing clinical credibility of the product through evidenced based outcomes. You will be focusing on gaining market access via focused strategic market placement. This role involves selling to various disciplines including Endovascular (Minimally Invasive Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA), PLDD (minimally invasive treatment for back pain) and Proctology surgery.
