The Position: As a result of their success to date, the increased demand for the traceability solutions in the NHS, an exciting new opportunity has arisen in the South East/South Central area.

It has been recognised internationally, that to enable Value Based Healthcare, and improve system sustainability, one essential prerequisite is to improve patient level cost and outcome tracking. This is impossible to do so with any degree of confidence without improved point of care traceability technology. You will be selling an innovative digital healthcare solution which facilitates this and which can help improve patient outcomes, cut costs and eliminate waste for both healthcare provider and technology companies. You will pioneer sales at a strategic level within the NHS, engaging with key stakeholders across: Clinical, IT, Finance, Procurement, Operations and Executive. The organisations systems and services add value in a variety of areas, and it is up to the regional sales manager to build a business case that engages the customer. Key deliverables will include:
Your role will be one of business development. You will generate leads, develop a pipeline and see the sales process through to successfully securing a contract. An Account Manager will then look after the business.
You should be an experienced medical sales person with an evidenced back ground of successful sales in a solution based environment. A high degree of technology awareness and understanding of supply chain would be beneficial. You will have experience in managing the entire sales process from lead identification and qualification to contract execution. You’ll also have the ability to develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast. One of the key capabilities that you must be comfortable with is delivering highly effective C Level presentation that positively impact the sales cycle.
