The company:  These devices provide innovative and convenient technology for optimal diagnostics and therapeutics. The new digital device generation enables the processing and archiving of picture, video and many diverse digital data, being constantly updatable. This company has been providing equipment and instruments to ENT professionals for over 25 years. Position: You will be responsible for sales of all hospital products for niche therapy area’s including ENT, Gynaecology and Endoscopy. You will maintain existing business level and increase sales and market share, as well as liaise with existing and potential customers.

Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000     


Bonus: Commission – 4% on all sales, paid monthly, 6% once over target, 8% once 50% over target, uncapped. 

Area Working: West London

Product / Service: All hospital products including endoscope equipment and software, ENT, Gynaecology, microscopes, forensic equipment, rigid and flexible endoscopes, colposcopes, navigation and camera systems.


Your experience:

  • You will either come from a Field Service Engineer background or have sales experience, preferably within medical devices. Capital equipment experience is beneficial, along with sales experience in ENT or gynaecology.
  • You will have the ability to show technical competence and grasp new information quickly.
  • For this role you should be able to work under pressure and manage a large area in a structured manner.
  • You will be extremely driven and be able to develop new business opportunities.
  • You must show initiative and be proactive in your sales approach.


The role:

  • Your role will be to develop the designated sales area whilst maintaining existing customer relations.
  • Seeking out new business is an important part of the role.
  • You will be selling technical products from capital equipment to consumables.
  • Daily interaction with clinicians, surgeons, nursing staff and procurement in secondary care, SARC centres, the forensic market and primary care.
  • Other responsibilities include attending hospital exhibitions, assisting with sales outside of your territory if required.
  • You may also be asked to provide assistance to the service team when required on basic visits.
