The Position: Due to rapid growth across the UK and Europe, this is a new position for an experienced Sales / Business Partnership Manager to help build and execute the company's partnership strategy for their growing network of European B2B partners. Primary focus will be on seeking out and closing new business partnerships with BD and Sales Teams. Secondary focus will be on ensuring a high level of service towards the partners to build long lasting partnerships.

Basic salary: Competitive plus commission - will pay what it takes for the right person

Area working: Hybrid role - UK and Europe (Based accessible to London)

Product / Service: Home sperm testing kits, fertility supplements, couples home testing kit, female fertility trackers, fertility guides

Your experience:

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales or Business Development within healthcare/ medical devices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Partnership management role a plus.
  • Minimum of BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or related field. You could also have a scientific background with work experience on top.

The role:

The job will encompass aspects of Sales & Business Development as well as Client Management so you will be a versatile and innovative sales-oriented person who is a great communicator and interested in understanding and meeting the needs of the company's partners. Examples of partners include fertility clinics, sperm banks, pharmacies, and a range of other companies focused on both male and female fertility.

You will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for sales outreach and business partner management with focus on the UK and Germany (though activities in other European countries may also be in scope) in collaboration with the Sales and BD team.
