The Position:  A vacancy has now arisen for an experienced medical rep to join their pharmaceutical division as a territory manager. Your region will cover the South with the focus on London.

Area Working: London and the South East (the focus will be on London)

Products: Ophthalmic pharmaceuticals - therapeutic and diagnostic eye drops, dry eye products, antibiotics etc.

Basic salary: Negotiable

The role:

Your region will cover the South but be focused on London with travel beyond for high potential accounts.  This Sales role will report into the Business Unit Head. You will be primarily focused on NHS and Private Hospitals with the aim to achieve the desired growth and profitability.  Working with senior stakeholders in target accounts, you are key to ensure this organisation is ahead of the competition across all ophthalmology and allergy prescription products.  Customer contacts will include Ophthalmologists and Pharmacy.  

Your experience:

Ideally. graduate level, or with an equivalent professional qualification, you will have a proven, successful and demonstrable sales track record in medical sales, ideally within a technical environment.  Previous pharmaceutical experience although highly desirable is not essential, although you must be prepared to do your ABPI within 2 years of joining. With knowledge of NHS structures and hospital sales, you will have a demonstrable ability to sell complex products in a clinical environment. You will be sales driven, competitive and ambitious.
