Negotiable + £45k bonus

The Position:  They are now looking for a high potential regional sales manager to manage their team in the South East.

Basic salary: Negotiable

Bonus: £45k bonus + commission

Area Working: South East England (North Thames, Anglia, South Thames)

Products: A complete suite of spinal implants.

Your experience:  

Experienced within the field of surgical sales you will have a progressive and successful career track record. Although previous experience in a dedicated man management role is not essential, you will be working in a more senior sales capacity for example, BDM, KAM, Commercial Specialist etc. You will have had some exposure to leadership responsibilities and as a "people person" will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will ideally come from a blue-chip company background with the exposure to training and sales processes that larger companies often bring. 

The role:

Covering South East England you will be managing a team of sales reps and clinical specialists. This is very much a hands on man management role, which will require you being out in the field with your team, coaching, mentoring and developing them as well as time spent customer facing.
