Sales Specialist - Electrophysiology

Job Description

Summary:  This is an unbelievable opportunity to work for a dynamic, driven and successful division of a World Leading healthcare provider.  This division specialises in endocardial diagnostics and therapy. Guided by the needs of Electrophysiologists, the company has pioneered innovative technological advancements ranging from the first deflectable tip catheter to today's most sophisticated three-dimensional cardiac mapping and navigation systems.

The role:  Working in a territory which is performing well against target for the year and has c60% market share, this role is looking for an experienced Cardiology/EP salesperson.  You will be tasked with selling via product promotion, negotiation, contracts and tenders in order to achieve or exceed territory sales targets in each section of the product range and as a whole.

Area working:  London and South Thames

Salary: Negotiable + £40-50k bonus

Products:  Electrophysiology portfolio 

Your experience:

You will have previous Electro-physiology, Cardiology OR Cardiac Catheter Lab sales experience. 

The role:

Selling primarily to Cardiac Catheter Labs, the key customers are Cardiac Physiologists and Catheter Lab staff. Your duties will be to:

  • Develop firm business relationships with physicians and other strategically important customers at all levels.
  • Develop specific programmes with customers to provide added value and drive sales from a non-direct approach, ensuring adequate return on investment.
  • Understand the needs of the customer and interpret these into strategies to drive sales.
  • Assess competitor activity and implement a proactive approach to increase sales and market share.
