As Technical Specialist, you will be assigned a geographical region and you will assigned a number of hospitals that you will spend time in throughout your working week. Your main responsibilities will include training Electrophysiologists and Technicians within the Cardiac Catheter Labs how our system, and related devices, work. You will be tasked with maintaining the excellent relationships we have with our customer base. You will be regarded as the product expert and will deliver technical information to your customers. Basic Salary: Negotiable 

Area working: Oxfordshire/Berkshire/Hampshire/Dorset/Sussex

Your experience:

You should have a Cardiac Physiology/EP background (minimum of a NIrsing qualification or a bachelor’s /master’s degreed in biomedical engineering or similar) and ideally Proven experience in a clinical support role within the medical device field (3D mapping experience preferred but not crucial). You should have the capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with all partners within the EP lab setting.

The role:

The Technical Specialist (TS) will be responsible for executing specific customer development and training plans by providing full clinical support to all the accounts within their territory. The TS will also work closely with the Sales Specialist to drive business plan for the territory  in conjunction with the Regional Business Manager (RBM). Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the TS will be expected to collaborate with other team members (Regional Business Manager, Technical Specialists, Clinical Training Leader and Sales Specialists) in order to optimize customer experience and maximize sales and take share opportunities.

The key objective of this role will be to deliver the sales target within the identified geographic area, meeting all strategic and business objectives, delivering product and customer training plan and providing the highest level of clinical and customer support.
