Area Working: Commutable to Oxford office - will be there 3 days a week
Product / Service: Contrast Media & medical devices and advanced administration systems for contrast imaging products - for use in Ultrasound, X-Ray Imaging, MRI & CT scanners
You must have experience of managing a team along with sales or commercial experience, ideally in medical devices. You will be commercially astute with good business acumen and a proven track record. Experience of managing key accounts and working with hospital procurement would be beneficial. Ideally you will have knowledge of pricing, contracting and tendering and know your way around a CRM system.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 people, which is compromised of 3 sales support staff and a marketing executive. Sales support includes supply chain and logistics, pricing and contracts and value added service team members. This role is part of the senior management team and you will report into the MD. You will work strategically around forecasts and work closely with the NSM in a collaborative team. This a commercially focused role but will include managing stock levels for supply chain and working with contracts/ pricing and tenders. You will manage the CRM system and sales force excellence. You will liaise between the corporate team in marketing, regulatory, QA, third parties, supply chain and the office. Responsibilities include making sure the team are getting orders out to customers and looking at pricing strategies/ reports, providing data reports on stock/ sales forecasts, making sure the team are using the CRM database correctly, as well as making sure stock levels are correct.
