The Position: An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic medical sales person based in the Anglia/Essex area, to join their team.

Basic Salary: Negotiable

Bonus: £10K OT + incentives

Area working: Northants, Cambs, Basildon, Colchester, Norfolk, Suffolk 

Products: Minimally invasive devices, hernia, breast and abdominal repair products

Your experience:

Ideally, you will be experienced and dynamic salesperson who has successfully worked in surgical sales, ideally in the same territory boundaries with contacts in the hospitals on the patch. Alternatively candidates towards the start of their medtech career looking to move into a surgical sales role will also be consdered.

For experienced candidates, the following would also be beneficial: experience in biologic mesh sales, demonstrable success within the MIS specialities or knowledge of general surgery, bariatric, gynaecology, GI or breast surgery. You should be a hard working and down to earth individual looking for a new exciting challenge within a dynamic company.

The role:

You will be selling to a range of surgeons specifically bariatric, general, upper & lower GI, colorectal, breast and gynae. You will provide technical demonstrations whilst procedures are being carried out. You will train and educate customers on the correct usage of the products and negotiate with key decision makers in order to increase sales and market share.
