The position: The Practice Development Manager has general responsibilities for all aspects of customer relationship management in the assigned territory. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing all account management activities related to the sale and distribution of the products, with high accountability for achieving the territory sales and utilization quotas and objectives.

Selling to both the NHS (Aesthetics & Plastic departments) as well as private Aesthetic clinics your role will be the first appointment within this division. Managing both existing business in current key accounts and also expanding the portfolio's usage into new areas you will be responsible for the demonstrating, education and sale of the equipment.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
You will ideally have 2 years experience of selling Capital/ technical equipment into the Aesthetic or Plastics markets. Demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and other healthcare providers is preferred. Experience of selling to Plastic Surgeons is beneficial as well as consumable sales experience. You must have proven ability to provided a high level of customer service and support to achieve practice integration of the procedures and ensuring a high level of customer service/ patient satisfaction. You should have the ability to make effective communications and technical presentations to physicians, management and large groups, as well as being able to understand and communicate the qualities of the products. You will have a positive attitude along with a passion for working within the aesthetic field.
