The position: This Product Brand Manager position has opened up as a 12-month contract initially. Moving forward this could potentially turn into a permanent role based on your performance within the role.

Products: Interventional Breast Biopsy & Surgical franchise (30-40 products in the range)
The primary expectation of the role is to be a key player of the EMEAC Interventional Breast and Surgical Franchise and drive growth in close collaboration with EMEAC Countries. Key elements of the role will be to own the existing product portfolio and with a product focus, develop and action on needs to further increase relevance and value of the same. This will include close collaboration with the EMEAC sales managers (and dealers) as well as marketing executives. The other key element of the role will be to support in execution of all EMEAC new product launch plans for the franchise. This role will be the driver to implement agreed plans and tactics in local markets.
The individual will be a critical member of the EMEAC cross functional launch team. You will proactively seek to identify areas of improvements / propose solutions to the increasingly expanding product portfolio to the Sr Marketing Manager. You will have responsibility for executing on-time and on budget launches of all future new products and will have responsibility for the Interventional Breast and Surgical Franchise sales and market share results.
You must have a minimum of 2 years international/ European marketing experience and brand/ product management experience with a track record of generating innovative ideas and manage a total portfolio with high ROI. You will have the ability to collaborate and influence on all levels in a matrix organisation, and a demonstrated openness to diverse ideas. Ideally you will have a strong track record in product launches within preferably a consumer medical device environment, OTC or similar. Having experience of working with digital communication channels and KPIS is a plus, along with experience working with agencies and strong commercial acumen.
