The position: This role is a relationship management position, building on existing clients, new business and maximising accounts.

Products: Surgical gynaecology portfolio - minimally invasive treatment options (endometrial ablation and tissue removal) for women facing gynaecologic conditions.
In this role, you will be promoting the company's surgical portfolio and you will be conducting sales calls, building rapport and presenting to customers including surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration to achieve sales objectives. You will also maintain and develop the turnover with existing clientele of the surgery range.
Other job responsibilities include:
You must have the ability to successfully develop relationships with key decision makers and thought leaders but also with all interlocutors (operating theatre supervisors, pharmacists, biomedical engineers). You should have a good knowledge of the operating room. Gynaecology experience in beneficial but not essential. Any experience of developing or establishing professional education training courses for surgeons and nursing staff would be beneficial. Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, organisational and communication skills are essential for this role. You should be flexible, self-motivated and team-orientated with good judgement and personal integrity. Good command of the English language (both written and spoken) is imperative.
