Life Science Account Manager

Job Description

The Position: My client is looking for a high achieving individual to sell the company's laboratory instruments and consumables across the Cambridgeshire, Essex, Anglia and North East London area.

Salary: £22,000

Bonus: £8,000

Benefits: car (or allowance), pension, healthcare

Area working: Cambridgeshire, Essex, Anglia and North East London area.

Your experience:

For this role, you will need to be a Science (related) Graduate looking to break into the life science/ laboratory sales sector. Alternatively, if you have any experience of working within the laboratory setting or have sold laboratory products for a similar company, you will also be of interest.  

The role:

You will be selling tailor-made product solutions for the most varied areas of use, including molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology. You will be selling into hospital laboratories, research establishments and laboratories in pharmaceutical companies. Dealing with laboratory managers, MLSOs and purchasing managers. Developing long term business relationships is a vital part of the role. You will be uncovering new business opportunities and managing existing accounts on the territory.
