Territory Manager - ENT/Neuro

Negotiable + £25k bonus

Job Description

The Company: Established several years ago in the UK, by individuals with extensive experience in the healthcare market,  this privately-owned company has grown year on year. They supply niche ENT surgical and neurosurgery products which are innovative and supported by excellent customer service. As an SME they are an agile organisation and able to adapt to the needs of their customer. 

The Position: They are now looking for a medical rep with a number of years surgical sales experience and a stable track record to support their business in the Yorkshire & North East territory.

Basic salary:  Negotiable

Bonus:  £25,000 (open-ended)

Area working: Yorkshire & North East (ideal base Hull/York) 

Products: ENT devices (voice restoration and laryngectomy devices) and neuro devices (cranial fixation, biopsy needles, neuro monitoring) 

Your experience:

You should be an experienced medical device sales rep with a minimum of 3 to 5 years medical sales experience in a technical discipline, ideally theatre related. You will have a stable track record, a strong work ethic and enjoy working autonomously.

The role:

You will be selling a range of  functional neurosurgery devices to surgeons in theatre, so should be comfortable guiding them through procedures. The ENT devices are sold in a clinic setting where key customers include ENT surgeons and Speech & Language Therapists.
