The role: My client's therapies span the care continuum; from early interventional procedures to implantable surgical technologies that relieve pain, restore function and improve lives for our patients. They are committed to applying clinical and economic evidence and integrated technologies to our unmatched portfolio of therapies to develop healthcare solutions that increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes

Basic salary:  Negotiable  

Bonus: 35% (open-ended)

Area working: North East

Products: Orthopaedic Spine business

Your experience:

You should have a degree level education and sales experience with in a technical/surgical based environment and a demonstrable track record of results. Any experience in Spine, MaxFax or Orthopaedics would be an advantage but it is by no means essential.

The role:

  • The Spine Territory Manager will be responsible and accountable to deliver competitive market share gains within an assigned region through the sale and promotion of the comprehensive Spine, Biologics & Interventional portfolio, as well as ensuring existing accounts are managed effectively through supporting procedures, managing inventory and upselling.
  • You will need to build and develop strong relationships with all relevant external stakeholders as well as working collaboratively with the district’s Technical Consultants, Cranial Spine Strategic Account Managers, Marketing, Operations and other Sales individuals both within Cranial Spine and across the business to leverage business, revenue and profitability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
