Basic salary: £23,000 - £29,000

Your main responsibility is to maintain existing business levels and increase sales and market share. To do this, you will be developing the Northern territory, maintaining existing customer relations as well as seeking out new business. Providing a top class after sales service is something you will be focusing on. You will also attend dental exhibitions and courses, assist with sales external to your territory, and to show your own initiative and be proactive in your sales approach. Your time will be split over the first couple of months. You will visit the USA for manufacturer training, along with in-house training at the office and time in the field shadowing.
For this role, you should be a dynamic and energetic individual. You should ideally be educated to degree level, and have the ability to show technical competence and work under pressure. Field sales experience is preferable for this role and you must be willing to travel. You must be a good communicator, outgoing, confident and have the ability to adapt to multiple levels.
