Sales Manager

Job Description

The Company: This organisation provides ENT solutions to patients. They have been in the UK market for several years, and within this short space of time have grown year on year. 

The Position: They are now looking for an experienced healthcare manager with excellent coaching skills to manage their successful sales team.

Basic salary:  to £60,000

Area working: UK

Products: Implantable ENT device. 

The role:

You will  provide leadership, coaching and support to the UK sales team to achieve the business objectives and sales budget (sales and gross profit).  This is a field based role and requires extensive UK wide travel. You will be coaching the sales team in line with the organisations sales excellence program. You will have responsibility for high level key account sales support and input for tender submissions.  

Your experience:

You will be an experienced medical device manager with a minimum of 3-4 years in a management role and experience of selling within the surgical market. You will be a people person who enjoys coaching and mentoring their team to sales success. You will have experience of; Performance Management, Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Sales Planning and Managing Profitability.
