The Position:  This role requires a quality professional with Sales experience in the Nursing Home Sector
who will develop deep and profitable relationships with existing customers. You will possess the drive, determination, and resourcefulness to help deliver on our strategic business goals. Basic salary:  c£35,000

Bonus: £3,000

Area Working: Northern Ireland

Products: Primary Care/Nursing portfolio such as Continence, Hygiene, Seating, Pressure Care and Moving/Handling

Your experience: 

You should have previous Medical/Healthcare sales experience - any experience in the Nursing sector would be an advantage but is not essential. 

  • Description (Job): Work with the wider commercial team and Sales Manager to deliver the agreed sales strategy
  • Analysis of market and competitive data with the aim of developing a sales strategy
  • Work on and deliver quotations and assist with tender completion
  • Perform product demonstrations and training at customer sites when required
  • Maintain, grow and support relationships with distributors
  • Ensure excellent customer service and effective customer communication
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Interact with product support engineers to resolve technical problems and improve existing products
  • Attendance at exhibitions, networking events and company sales meetings
