I had known Karen for many years and when we wanted a new provider we looked across the market and interviewed three prospective companies and we felt that Karen and the team match most closely with us and our ethos, aligning with our core values fully understanding what we were looking for in terms of recruitment.

Trust in the fact that all candidates will be well vetted and only presented to us when all checks have been made and they are confident that they have found a solid potential candidate, in essence each potential candidate represents Advance every time they come to interview.
