This allowed her to match me to a job, which although was in a different product areas from anything which I had worked in previously, used the transferable skills which I’d used in my previous roles.
As it was quite different from what I’d done previously, it was outside my comfort zone. I wasn’t sure I was right for the job, but by listening to my concerns and supporting me through the interview process she was able to help me secure a role which I’m really happy with, and which has given me the opportunity to follow a new career path
