Location: South East - Coverage can extend nationally depending on demand across the territories but most of the time being spent in the areas that currently require the most case support.

Product: The product portfolio includes a specialist range of orthopaedic and surgical technologies used across revision arthroplasty and broader theatre environments. Core areas include revision hip and knee solutions, cement and implant removal systems, acetabular cup and femoral stem extraction technologies, ultrasonic cement removal, specialist blade systems, pneumatic shockwave-assisted revision tools and safe impaction systems.

What you’ll be doing:
The Clinical Support Specialist is a field-based role responsible for providing dedicated clinical and technical support across the product portfolio. Working closely with the UK Sales team, you will support surgeons and theatre teams during revision procedures, helping to ensure effective product use, consistent case coverage and a high-quality customer experience. The position involves in-theatre case support, product training, coordination of loan sets and consignment stock, support for product evaluations and trials, and accurate reporting of clinical activity and account feedback.
Here’s what you need:
- Experience in a clinical or theatre environment is preferred. You must be comfortable working in a theatre environment. Strong communication skills, flexibility to travel nationally and the ability to build trusted relationships with surgical, nursing and commercial teams.
- Some exposure to orthopaedic or surgical procedures, whether through a clinical, device, or theatre support background is highly advantageous.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Bonus: £10,000 OTE
Car policy: Company car or car allowance £650 a month
