What you’ll be doing:

As Territory Manager for Scotland, you will take ownership of a territory with significant growth potential across vascular surgery accounts. Working with vascular surgeons, theatre teams, procurement stakeholders and hospital decision-makers, you will be responsible for developing existing business, identifying new opportunities and increasing adoption of the company’s specialist vascular portfolio.

This is a highly autonomous role where success comes from understanding your accounts, building clinical credibility and creating opportunities rather than simply maintaining existing relationships. You'll play a key role in expanding the use of strategic growth products, whilst delivering sales and gross profit objectives across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and gross profit growth across Scotland
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans
  • Increase adoption of key vascular products across existing and target accounts
  • Build strong relationships with vascular surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and hospital stakeholders
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities

Here’s what you need:

We're looking for a commercially driven medical sales professional who enjoys creating growth, building relationships and taking ownership of results.

You may already be working within vascular, cardiovascular or surgical devices, or you may have broader medical device experience and be looking to specialise within a highly respected clinical area.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy the challenge of developing business, challenging customer thinking and identifying opportunities that others miss.

Experience:

  • Medical device sales experience
  • Experience selling into hospital environments
  • Proven track record of developing business and growing accounts
  • Experience engaging with clinical and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong territory management and account planning skills
  • Comfortable working independently across a large geographical territory
  • CRM experience, ideally Salesforce

Salary: £50,000

Bonus: 40% of package

Benefits: Pension, 4% employer pension contribution. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Bonus/commission. Annual tier movement opportunity.
