Product: Interventional Urology. Focus on one product for treating urethral strictures. The product is centrally funded by NHS England, meaning hospitals do not pay for it.

What you’ll be doing:
- You will support the urology sales team in launching products and expanding usage within new customer accounts.
- Associate Territory Managers are expected to take ownership of new accounts for the first 5–8 lists, building and expanding the user base.
- The role involves a significant on-site presence, with approximately four days per week spent in operating theatres, alongside regular travel.
Here’s what you need:
We are looking for people wanting to take their first step into, or are new, to medical sales. Ideally someone just having left Uni or someone with a couple of years proven sales background in another industry. No prior experience is necessary, but a degree (especially health or science-based) is advantageous.
- Key qualities include intellectual capacity, drive to learn, and willingness to travel extensively.
- Candidates must be prepared for early starts and late finishes due to travel to hospitals.
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience
