What you’ll be doing:

Driving sales growth and regional strategy for the urology portfolio across East Anglia

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

Developing a deep understanding of urology clinical pathways and local healthcare systems

Identifying and developing new growth opportunities within the territory

Delivering a consistently high standard of service and support to healthcare partners
Here’s what you need:

Proven medical device sales experience

A strong commercial mindset with a strategic approach to territory management

Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of results

Resilience, drive and a willingness to go the extra mile

The right attitude to learn, develop and grow within the business
Bonus points if you have:

Experience within urology or continence

Existing relationships within relevant NHS services
Salary:
- £50,000 basic salary
- Bonus of 25% at target, with uncapped accelerators above target
