What you’ll be doing:
You'll be responsible for growing as well as supporting and defending sales in existing accounts across your territory. In this role you will become an integral part of the sales team by supporting the Regional Sales Manager and leading key accounts, as well as creating new business opportunities where feasible.
Stakeholders selling to: Primarily surgeons across various surgical specialities along with related Theatre and Nursing staff
Here’s what you need:
- Ideally, you will have a proven track record of success in sales.
- You will have an eye for detail and the ability to communicate critical information quickly and accurately.
- You must be energetic, driven and be passionate about improving patient outcomes.
- Experience of selling into a theatre-based environment would be beneficial although not essential.
- A general sales person, Scrub Nurse or ODP may also be considered.
Basic salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Bonus: £39,250 on target (paid quarterly)
Car policy: Company car - choice of electric, hybrid etc. or allowance (£6,400 a year)
