Product: Dialysis Management Software that's specifically designed to digitise and streamline dialysis centre operations

- You will be joining the European unit of a leading global healthcare organisation, which employs over 35,000 people worldwide. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will serve as an Applications Specialist for newly launched dialysis management software.

What you’ll be doing:
- This is a newly created role to support the launch of this product in the UK. As the Application Specialistyour role will be to drive customer acquisition, implementation, and success for this innovative dialysis management software.
- This multifaceted role combines sales, project management, and customer success responsibilities to launch and grow the presence of the product in the UK dialysis market.
- You will be the primary customer-facing representative, working with NHS Trusts and private dialysis providers to demonstrate, implement, and optimise the adoption of the solution.
Stakeholders dealing with: Renal Service Managers, Clinical Directors of Renal Medicine, Procurement Managers, NHS IT teams
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Technology, Business, or related field together with experience of working in an IT based role within the NHS.
- Alternatively you might be working within a company setting in a similar role which requires you to have an understanding of NHS IT systems and liaison with NHS IT stakeholders.
- You'll also need to have experience of developing and delivering training programs. In addition you'll:
- o Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- o Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- o Be self-motivated with ability to work independently across the UK
- o Enjoy working collaboratively.
Basic Salary: £55,00 - £62,000
Bonus: 20%
